# e-potek tutoriel

Sélectionnez le bien que vous souhaitez envoyer à e-potek pour un financement en cliquant sur le lien apparaissant sous le prix des objets sur la page "BIENS".

Si le montant estimé de l'hypothèque n'apparait pas sous le prix du bien, c'est que ce bien n'est pas finançable par e-potek.

Vous pourrez ensuite voir les meilleurs taux hypothécaires récemment négocié par e-potek. Il s'agit d'estimation uniquement. Il vous suffit de continuer pour envoyer votre bien.

Vous devez ensuite ajouter le contact que vous souhaitez envoyer pour un financement. Le système vous proposera uniquement des contacts qui sont dans votre base de "CONTACTS". Si vous n'avez pas encore ajouté votre contact dans Realforce, vous devez le faire avant cette étape.

Une fois "Envoyer la demande" cliqué, e-potek recevra votre demande et prendra contact avec votre acheteur rapidement.
